As a Truck & Inventory Specialist, you will help receive deliveries, unload and organize inventory, stock the kitchen, and prepare the restaurant for a successful day. You will work with urgency, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to make sure our Back of House team has what they need to serve our guests well.

No previous restaurant experience is necessary. We will train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to work hard.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and assist with unloading weekly food and supply deliveries
  • Safely move products from the delivery area into the restaurant
  • Check deliveries for accuracy and ensure products are stored properly
  • Stock kitchen stations and storage areas so the restaurant is prepared for the day
  • Organize inventory and maintain clean, orderly storage areas
  • Follow proper FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures to maintain food quality and safety
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to leadership
  • Rotate products and ensure items are stored according to food safety standards
  • Assist with preparing the kitchen and restaurant for the day's operations
  • Break down boxes and maintain a clean and organized receiving area
  • Work efficiently and with urgency to complete truck and inventory responsibilities within the scheduled time
  • Support the Back of House team with additional tasks as needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
  • Complete assigned opening and preparation tasks
  • Work safely and report any equipment, inventory, or facility concerns to leadership

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work early-morning shifts beginning around 4:00 AM
  • Must be willing to work approximately 3–5 days per week
  • Must be reliable and consistently arrive on time and ready to work
  • Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and move quickly throughout the shift
  • Must be comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
  • Must have the ability to work quickly, efficiently, thoroughly, and independently
  • Must be organized and able to maintain accurate inventory and storage areas
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
