Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen inventory
• Responsible for assisting with unloading truck, stocking inventory, and preparing food for the day.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Back of House Director
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Understand FIFO rotating process to ensure food safety 

Requirements: 

• Must be willing to work shifts that include early morning hours before opening or late hours after close: 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 11:45 PM. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must have the ability to work quickly, efficiently, thoroughly, and independantly
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
